Insulin resistance and weight loss.
Hello everyone, It would be really helpful if someone could give me some insight, their experience and everything so here it goes..
I dont wanna write an autobiography but my background is due to my mental health and sedentary lifestyle i started gaining weight initially and now for over 4 years i have gained over 25 kgs
The thing is i kept waiting for me to get time to act upon it , maybe after school , in college and now i have realised im never gonna get time i need to MAKE time for it .
So i have pcod which lead to insulin resistance, i have visited endocrinologists and everyone who says the solution or cure is only to loose weight , i way above my bmi almost reaching the obese category because im short ...
i know its so much more harder to loose weight with insulin resistance , i have tried multiple times over the years but couldnt follow through but now i dont have the confidence to wear anything i want , go out of my house , go to my hometown because i dont wanna hear the fatshaming , im embarassed when i go to family gatherings
more importantly i want this for myself to get my old self back , but i just cant follow through,
i have tried dieticians i dont know if its just the ones around me but they gave me the most impractible strict diets which i tried following through but couldnt make it a long term preposition ,
but i really wanna do it i wanna feel happy from within .
