Hitting a block
Hey everyone! I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and was at risk for diabetes so I decided to change my diet up and also lose weight for my self esteem. I was at 66 kg and I am 164 CM, now at 59. I lost the weight in a period of around two months. However, the weight loss seems to have stopped. I tend to eat strictly protein and veggies during weekdays, with say, a light pasta on one weekend and a bit of ice cream/something sugary. Would this be why I have kind of stopped? Or should I try to be more active as I am not a hugely active person. Pleeease, kind and constructive advice!
Edit: I am now no longer pre diabetic due to diet change
