What small/unexpected things have changed since you started losing weight?
For me: 1. Being able to wrap the towel all the way round me 2. My bra size. For some reason unexpected 3. ..wiping! When you’re bigger it’s harder! 4. How I go up the stairs. I’m getting lighter on my feet! 5. Being more ‘in’ train seats 6. Sex with the other half is getting better as I get fitter 7. Being able to stop eating a food rather than finishing it 8. The amount of foundation I’m using. Less face less coverage 9. I’ve suddenly started brushing my teeth really well. I’m hoping it’s not because I’m so calorie hungry I’m eating the toothpaste but I think it’s because I make a big deal out of it because of the tips on here to brush your teeth so you don’t eat more 10. Clothes I thought fit, now actually fit. I thought I was going to drop a size which I have yet to do because I was pushing the boundaries of my current size..
Bit similar to small scale victories but it’d be nice to hear everyone’s so I have something to look forward to!
