Any non breakfast people start eating breakfast and be better for it?
Hey friends
So I've been on the anti breakfast train for years. Just some coffee and a vitamin.
In the morning i don't even want to look at food, but in the evening it can be difficult to control my food consumption.
Even in the evening i might be like, I'll eat that for breakfast... But then in the morning I'm totally like nawh, no thanks yesterday me. Just not hungry, no appetite.
So i know IF is hip and that's cool, but I'm wondering if any anti breakfast people like me found success in starting to regularly eat breakfast? Does a protein shake count as breakfast or does it have to be actual food?

Ps no badge yet but i lost 80ish pounds four years ago, maintained/waffled around there, and now I'm Midway into my rally to close the gap to healthy bmi. So 282 -> 192 right now -> 158 goal which is the middle of a healthy bmi for me.
