I need to answer to someone
CW: 145 GW: 135, however it’s less about the weight and more about the body fat/muscle mass percentages. I’m getting my new scale to measure those Thursday so I will update Friday.
I’ve gained those ten pounds in the last two months. I know, I know that’s a lot in two months. And I workout EVERYDAY, but I eat like an asshole. Everyday I start out great (trying to count my macros, get good protein) as the day progresses I follow along alright. But then I get the three kids down to sleep, and I should go lay down with my husband, but instead I go sit on the couch, watch TV and eat. And eat. And eat. I have that mental debate every night. “Just go to sleep, you’ve worked so hard.” “Nah you’ve earned this and you finally get to sit down ALONE. Just do it”
I need to get my nutrition on track. And that’s why I’ve come to you all, as motivation, as support, as a sounding board, and as an accountability partner.
