What if I eat the albumin of eggs only every day? (asking as a weight-loss query) [she/her]

Exercise builds up muscle for me and I don't want to be big (I am overweight and not a healthy fat person) because it makes me uncomfortable (not fatphobic). And moreover, with the work, I have as a student, working out exhausts me and I can't use up my stamina. I can't use my time and stamina for working out over studying. I don't eat a lot since the lockdown due to the pandemic. But the affordable food item i.e. rich in protein and available to consume is egg whites. If I eat egg whites every day, will it have any effects on my body?

Additional information is that I am in an Indian household where the available food is more towards carbohydrates. What effective diet plans would help in losing weight?
