Are my friends right in telling me i dont need to lose any more weight? My goal is to have almost no visible fat on my body because being fat has caused me lots of health problems and my knees would love a break.
I feel like ive always been trying to lose weight. Im 27 and im sure a lot of people can relate to that feeling that theyve always been on a diet. the second i allow myself to enjoy food its so easy to gain weight just over a few months. Ive only ever been around 15 to 20kg overweight. Over the last 8 months ive had a lot of success in losing weight. Whats surprised me is how consistent it has been. Around 1kg lost a month by just doing some easy exercises like walking and light weight exercises but almost daily. and just eating less food overall and trying to get more veggies.
Seems like im really beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel. When i reach my goal i hope i never go back to being overweight. I want to lose enough so that even if i slip up ive got a lot of head room to play with before it becomes really hard to come back from.
But i feel like some people dont understand why i want to lose almost all the fat on my body. They dont get the life long struggle ive had. Im already hearing friends telling me i dont need to lose anymore weight. But they dont get that my bad eating habits and excess weight has caused me to develops serious health issues. and ive had knee injuries in both my legs so i really feel my risk of injury would be way lower if i was as light as i could be.
