207 —> 175

hey there everyone 👋

about a year ago, i was at a very comfortable weight bouncing between 165-170lbs. over time, i’ve really let myself go due to my depression. after seeing 207lbs on the scale, i realized it was time to make a change. as of right now, i’m 193lbs. my goal is 175, as i’ve gotten taller since then. 18 more to go! does anyone have any advice? it’s really hard to avoid meals when they’re places in front of me. i’m glad i lost 14 so far, but it took FAR longer than it should’ve (2 months!) since it was hard to resist. any advice, and any estimates on when i’ll hit my goal?

im 5’10, male, 18 in 3 months, and will start eating on a 1200cal diet.
