Is 1kg/week too much?
Hello all. After 4 years of trying to lose weight, I’m confident I’m actually on my way to finally losing al the weight I’ve gained in the last years. (Nothing out of the ordinary- just sticking to OMAD which made me lose weight before but I wasn’t able to stick to it)
I am 5ft and currently weigh 55kg, is 1 kg per week weight loss too much/harmful? Also I’m already dreading how the weight loss would put my nasolabial folds into evidence so I’m a bit worried that my weight loss would be drastic but at the same time, I don’t want to lose the momentum.
